MR. NAYAN DEDHIA is Director for Marketing & Business Development at Toughcons Nirman Pvt. Ltd. He specializes in new product development, competitive strategies, and expansion. He has extensive experience in creating winning capture strategies during source-selection proposal development as well as leading and managing large proposal development projects. Nayan has played several leading roles in developing and commercializing new business ideas. Prior to Director in Toughcons, he has been partnered with several Developers such as DGS Group, H. Rishabraj Group, Aryaman Group, etc.

After the initial rollout, he led its business development and commercial expansion in the redevelopment industry to become the leader in providing construction and real estate sector. Nayan is associated with renowned Jain Youth Forum as a core committee member and speaker on Jainism Topics.

MR. UDAY KANADIA is Director for planning and Designing, He is a Gold Medalist from L.S. Raheja College of Architecture. His dynamic nature and sparkling personality reflect in his work, leaving an everlasting impression on the minds of spectators. His motto is to design, detail and enjoy working in responsive to his client's need in a very honest, efficient and professional manner.
