ATMA NIRBHAR FOR CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETIES
Last week Minister of Road Transport & Highway, Mr. Nitin Gadkari said that there are huge opportunities in his ministries, he asked developers to sell all their inventories and diversify into logistic parks and road construction where precast technologies were being used.
Mr. Nitin Gadkari said his ministry is developing bus depots, petrol pumps, hotels, restaurants and rail over-bridges along the highways where real estate companies could participate.
The plan is also to develop townships along Mumbai-Delhi corridor, he informed.
If this is situation, then societies opting for redevelopment through developer have to forget redevelopment. Their building will get dilapidated and one day collapse. Then they will have to stay somewhere else.
What option will remain with them..? Will they sacrifice their own home which they have bought with hard earned money or they will have question on Self Redevelopment.
It is high time for societies to wake up and help themselves and become Atma Nirbhar and no dependency on developer.
